Roofline repairs or replacement

Roofline components - fascias, soffits and bargeboards - bear the brunt of the British weather. We can repair and / or replace with either timber or PVCu.

New developments in 'torch-on' felt roof coverings are far superior to the previously used poured bitumen.

Three layers of overlapping felt are applied: two underlays of vapour permeable felt with a third layer of mineral felt as the top finish.

Flat roofs are cheaper to construct than a traditional pitched tile roof and though not as long-lasting, a properly constructed 3-ply felt roof should be good for at least 20 years if properly maintained.
